ART 1:
This beginner course will be filled with projects and activities that will boost your critical thinking habit, improve your problem solving and communication skills, and grow your creativity.
We will focus our exploration of artwork through creating, writing, and talking about art to master the fundamentals of artistic practices.
In this class we will...
Generate, conceptualize, organize, develop, refine, and complete artistic work from original ideas and select artistic work for presentation.
Perceive, analyze, and critique artistic work.
Synthesize and relate knowledge and personal experiences to make art.
Relate artistic ideas and works with societal, cultural, and historical context to deepen understanding.
